“Shocked and saddened to hear of the loss of Clint I first met Clint at Hallsville Raceway He was just a kid having fun with dad Marshall A few years later he was at TXDOT It was so good to see Clint again and see the man he had become Clint was dictated to TXDOT and an inspiration to all who worked with him My best times at TXDOT were at Jacksonville and Rusk.
