It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmela Armstrong of Rusk, Texas, who passed away on July 12, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Armstrong and Carmela Armstrong; and her brothers, Butch and Robert Armstrong. She is survived by: her children, Donald Thurman (Tammy) and Theresa Hoffman (Steven Morris); and her grandchildren, David, Justin, Richard, Zachary, Andrea and Matthew Thurman. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
