He was predeceased by: his sister Dicey Louise Allen (Reba Allen); the mother of his children Irene Allen; and his son-in-law Charles Wilkes. He is survived by: his son Larry Allen; his daughter-in-law Betty Allen of Rusk; his daughter Debbie Wilkes of Rusk; and his grandchildren, Deana Rasberry (Richard), Crystal Lofton (Cobey), Kayla Branton (Matthew), Shad Bowman, Tina Keany (Lagrant), Diane Mitchell (Jeremy) and Chip Wilkes (Randall). He is also survived by twenty great grandchildren.
