He is survived by: his wife Patsy Morehead of Rusk; his children, Cindy (Steve Sloterdijk) of Rusk, Leslie Jo (Steve Douglass) of League City and Billy Joe Morehead Jr. of Lindale; his grandchildren, Monique Prieser, Chris Bachmeyer, Jason Millon, Marque Brummett, Rachel Morehead, Rebecca Remmert, Troy and Craig Sloterdijk; and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Jonathan Bachmeyer, Payton, Logan Brummett, Chase Campbell, Jolie Prieser, Briaunna, Braden Millon and Lukas James Remmert.
