It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Belle Rourke Garner of Rusk, Texas, who passed away on December 10, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her son Allan Garner; her granddaughter Laura Reed; her great grandchildren, Anabel, Gavin and Bella; and her husband Otis Garner of Rusk.

Anna Belle lived life to the fullest, not even the pandemic slowed her down.
