She is survived by: her husband Frank Gutierrez Sr.; her children, Janie Garza, Sylvia Gutierrez (Bobby), Felix Gutierrez (Rebecca), Grace Duenes (Robert), Terrie Gutierrez, Christine Ramirez (Richard), Frank Jr. Gutierrez (Leticia), Freddy Gutierrez (Freedom), Erma Gonzales (David), Lila Gutierrez and Fabian Gutierrez (Lilly); and her sisters, Narce Garza, Maria Mesa (Jose) and Connie Zapata (Damian). She is also survived by 40 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren.
