She is survived by: her mother Diana Caballero Monsivais; her close friend Ovedio Garza of Runge; her children, Jessica Valdez (Carlos) of Falls City, Elizabeth Diaz of Runge, Gabrielle Hernandez of Helena and Rafael Morin of Kenedy; and her siblings, Vivian Caranza (Ambrosio) of Houston, Stephen Monsivais (Cheryl) of Kenedy, Israel Monsivais (Charlee) of San Antonio and Tony Monsivais of Floresville. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 14 grandchildren.
