He was predeceased by: his parents, John Phillips and Effie Clark Philips. He is survived by: his wife Eduvigis Phillips; and his sons, Haynes, Glenn Villanueva, Troy Phillips and Alex Phillips. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
