He was predeceased by: his parents, Ladislaus Rodriguez and Ignacio Maria Castillo Rodriguez; his wife Jovita Granado Rodriguez; his son Oscar Rodriguez; and his siblings, Vicente Rodriguez, Gloria Mendez, Gregoria Perez, Frances Espinosa, Emma Garcia, Celia Bryan and Maria Espinosa.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Corina Rodriguez; his children, Connie Leal (Billy) of Runge, Alice Garcia (Leonard) of Runge, Irene Altamirano (Ernest) of Houston, Henry Rodriguez of Big Spring, Adam of Big Spring and Virginia Lara of Big Spring; and his grandchildren, Amy Abrigo, Stephen Rodriguez, Jennifer Soto, Fabian Rodriguez, Lisa Altamirano, A. J. Polio, Ernestina Quintero, Ernest Altamirano, Jessica Mendoza, Timothy Rodriguez and Andrea Melba Pena. He is also survived by 29 great-grandchildren.
