She was predeceased by: her parent Opal Underwood. She is survived by: her parent Opal Jones; her husband Bill Phillips of Runaway Bay; her stepfather Jim Underwood of Lubbock; her siblings, Jeff Barger (Heidi) and Judy Nelson (Perch); and her stepsister Holly Duncan.
