She is survived by: her children, Amanda Pultz (Jerry), Paula Yeathermon and David Clark Jr. (Anna); her daughter-in-law Kathie Phillips; her grandchildren, Kelcie, Halie Pultz, Lauren Phillips, Aiden, Liam Clark, Tyler Yeathermon (Lisa), Corey Lewis (Daniel), Paul Southerland (Sam) and Cris Hogan (LaDonna); her great grandchildren, Seth, Colton Phillips, Prince, Phoenyx Pultz, Garrett, Natalie Southerland, Linnea, Leila Yeathermon, Dean, Evelyn and Eleanor Lewis; and her siblings, Bill Reed (Patsy) and Alice Hahn.
