He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emerson Oyler and Helen Oyler (Yehl); his wife Diane Kay Smith of Runway Bay; his children, Stephanie Oyler, Susanna Surratt (Robbie L. Surratt, Jr.) of Decatur, Jessica Milligan (Andy Milligan) and Luke Oyler (Virginia) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and his grandchildren, Anna, Allyson, Jake Milligan, Josh, Nathan, Adelynn Oyler, Dylan, Sydney, Collins and Graham Surratt.
