He was predeceased by: his parents, Benhard Jantzen and Velva Jantzen; his brothers, Autry, Sidney and Zendell; and his nephew Marty Jantzen.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Jantzen; his children, Ricky Chance, Tami Chance and Toni Webb; and his nieces, Brenda Jantzen Jordan and Audrey Jantzen Seal. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
