He is survived by: his father Joe Johnson (Daynica); his daughters, Lexi and Alexis Johnson (Lexi); his grandparents, Billy and Annette Decker; his mother Jennifer Campbell (Daniel); and his siblings, James Johnson (Kendra), Hanah Gurnee (Rex), Chase O'Heren (Cara), Makenzie Campbell and Levi Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
