He is survived by: his mother Pascuala Baiza (Vargas) of Rule; his wife Theresa Baiza (Menchaca); his children, Gabriel Baiza (Alannah) of Rule and Sirena Baiza; and his siblings, Robert Baiza (Rosemary) of Joshua, Ramiro Baiza of Rule and Rebecca Arrieta (Juan) of Anson. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
