Margie (Green) Fannin Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margie (Green) Fannin of Rule, Texas, who passed away on December 5, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louella Green (Hanna) and John Green; her husband Melvin Fannin; and her siblings, Norma Lou Florence, Dorothy Nash, Buford Green and Alfred Green.
She is survived by: her children, Jill Swenson (Phil) of Stamford and Gary Fannin (Kay) of Corpus Christi; her grandchildren, Angela Stewart of Lake Jackson and Phil Swenson, Jr. of Cincinnati, OH; her great grandchildren, K. J. Stewart (Hayley) of Bentonville, AR, Ty Stewart (Abigail) of Knoxville, TN and Matt Stewart of Lubbock; her stepgrandson Casey Profit Corpus Christi; and her sister Jean Hammer (James) of Bowie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Margie's name to the First Baptist Church in Rule, or to a charity of your choice.
