He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Bruner and Gladys E. Bruner (McCollar). He is survived by: his children, Burn, Brian (Tammie Bruner), Robert Bruner of Yantis, TX, Jim (Kimberly Bruner), Gerald (Debbie Bruner) and John (Jen Bruner); and his sister Reva Bruner Frye of Royse City, TX. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, a nephew, and many cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home (2022 N Center St, Bonham, TX 75418). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home Chapel (2022 N Center St, Bonham, TX 75418).
