She is survived by: her daughters, Rita Hestwood (Steve) and Lisa Tom; her son-in-law Tom West; her grandchildren, Tammy Oliver (Lewis), Jason Messick, Micaela Dunavin and Joshua Messick; her great grandchildren, Haleigh Meeks, Aubrey Dawson, Karlee Messick, Zoey Messick, Jayden Messick, Joshua Donaldson, Miley Donaldson, Liana Messick and Ava Messick; and her great great grandchildren, Harper Landers, Parker Dawson and Kody Dawson.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Directors (1600 S Garland Ave, Garland, TX 75040). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the North Cities United Pentecostal Church (502 Belt Line Rd, Garland, TX 75040). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Van Alstyne Cemetery (501 S Sherman St, Van Alstyne, TX 75495).
