It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnnie Sledge (Royse City, Texas), who passed away on May 16, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Martin Shelton and Rowena Florence Shelton (Morris); her son Mike Sledge; and her sisters, Margaret Webb, Pat Robertson and Barbara Wooldridge.
She is survived by: her son Joe Sledge; and her sisters, Katie Young, Nina McDaniel and Sandra Gibbs (Johnny). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
