He is survived by: his parents, Richard Summers and Karen Main; his wife Leslie Hadley; his children, Ethan Hadley, Beckham Hadley, Madison Hadley, Trinity McMannis and Caroline Stonestreet; and his sisters, Brittany Hardin, Karena Hill and Sarah Shank. He is also survived by six nieces and two nephews.
