She was predeceased by: her husband Charles McBride Knight; her parents, Katherine Acord and Benjamin Acord; her siblings, Mary "Penny" Walsh (Johnny) and Franklin Acord; and her nephew John Walsh.
She is survived by: her aunt Sissy (Big Sissy); her children, Heather Summers (Michael), Evan Knight (Kelley), Eric Knight (Cecilia) and Leah Bourgeois; her grandchildren, Haley, Kendall Butler, Emily Knight, Madeliene Liles (Traves), Jenny Barahona, Nathaniel, Brandon Knight, Libby Higgins (David), Sydney Pitterson (Hezekiah) and Lindsey Hebert (Justin); and her brother Stephen Acord (Carolyn).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jessie Faye Fields Chapel (7908 Rankin Rd, Humble, TX 77396). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
