He is survived by: his friend Lou Carolyn May; his son Phil; his great-great-grandparent John A. Rutherford; his spouse Roxton; his sons, Phillip T. Rutherford of Huntington and Kris Rutherford (Karen) of Maumelle; his grandchildren, Kristianna Rowe (Hayden) of Gravel Ridge, Klayton Rutherford (Faith Robinson) of Providence Village and Kolton Rutherford of Maumelle; and his great grandchild Jack Phillip Rowe of Gravel Ridge. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Roxton Mural Restoration Project or the Chaparral Rails to Trails.
