He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph G. Dierkes and Anna McIntyre Dierkes; his siblings, Bob, Bette, Mary, Helen and Jim; and his son Msgr.
He is survived by: his wife Dottie; and his children, Tom (Beth), Bill (Maureen), Deborah, Teri Treece (Greg), Becky McKeever, John, Tim (Dee) and David (Donna). He is also survived by her four children and 11 grandchildren.
The family requests donations be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rowlett or to Sacred Heart Catholic Church Building Fund in lieu of flowers.
