He was predeceased by: his mother Della Beatrice. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his brothers, Bill and David; his sons, Mark and Christopher; and his grandchildren, Justin, Cody, Tabitha, Brittany, Jaxon, Paige and Torin. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
