She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady E. Burton and Elsie Burton (Evans); and her husband Paul Reid Whitley. She is survived by: her granddaughter Chelsea Moore of Rowlett, TX; and her siblings, Glenn, Threasa Burton of Dallas, TX, Joy Short of Corinth, TX, Marshall and Linda Burton of Alba, TX. She is also survived by seven nieces, eight nephews, four grandnieces and six grandnephews and a large extended family.
