With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Neil Wilcox (Rowlett, Texas), born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on March 10, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Terry; her parents, Charles Neil and Emma Lorene Tuggle; and her sisters, Kathryn Franklin and Karen Franklin.

She is survived by: her children, Michelle Kendrick (James Kendrick) and Cale Wilcox; and her granddaughters, Megan and Ashley Kendrick. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many close friends.
