It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Sparks Baker of Rowlett, Texas, who passed away on December 15, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Sparks and Elizabeth Parrot Sparks; her husband J. W. Baker; her son Joey Wendell Baker; and her siblings, Otis Sparks, O. O. Sparks, Jr., Charles Sparks, Gene Sparks, Bill Sparks, Agness Sparks Moseley, Loucille Sparks McMullen and Pauline Sparks.
She is survived by: her sons, Gerald Wayne Baker (Liyaa Liu) and James W. Baker (Lorie). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 1 great-greatgrandchild and 2 step-great-grandchildren; along with a host of extended family members and friends.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Moseley Cemetery.
