It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nolen Welborn (Rowlett, Texas), born in McKinney, Texas, who passed away on April 14, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chester and Effie Welborn (Rutledge); and his brothers, Kenneth, Johnny and Olen.

He is survived by: his wife Margarette Welborn of Rowlett, TX; his children, Rick Welborn (Jill) of St. Louis, MO, Dawn Wallace of Rowlett, TX and Kim Hudson (Alan) of Colleyville, TX; his sisters, Geraldine "Sissy" Cope of Garland, TX and June Furr of McKinney, TX; and his sister-in-law Anita Sharp of Texas City, TX. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
