She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Thelma and Henry Victor Esner. She is survived by: her husband Harold Riggs; her children, Debra Mitchell (James), Donna Macaluso (Mike) and Mark Riggs (Jill); her grandchildren, Andrea Macaluso, Kyle Riggs (Heidi), Steven Burt (Sheila), Randy Burt (Bri), Jessica Pierson (Jason), Erin Hobbs (Nick), Meredith Nolen (Matt), Amanda El-Aya (Phil) and David Burt; her brother-in-law Bob Dunn; and her siblings, Mary Ramsey, Donna Sledge, Betty Freeman, Kenneth Esner, Johnny Esner, Jimmy Esner and Frankie Esner. She is also survived by Seventeen great-grandchildren.
