He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lafayette Calvin Wright and Ruby Pearl Maupin; his former wife Velda Gillet; his grandchildren, Kevin, Kayla Bennett (James), Maeghan and Madyson; his pet Sophie; his wife Sandra; his children, Lee Wright (Diana), Craig Wright (Michelle), Jay Wright, Katie, Hannah and Rileigh; his granddaughter Summer; his grandson-in-law Jason Siddell (Tyra); and his great grandchildren, Payton, Ethan and Noah.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Williams Memorial Chapel (1600 S Garland Ave, Garland, TX 75040). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
