She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bernard Franklin and Mildred Franklin; her children, Kimberly Elkins of Rowlett, TX and Robert Blakely Jr. of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; her grandchildren, Kelley Eshghy and Ryan Blakely; her brother Dallas Franklin of Ohio; and her granddaughter Kristine Luna. She was also cherished by six great grandchildren.
