He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Lowe; and his parents, Jesse Lowe and Maggie Lowe. He is survived by: his children, Kermit Lowe (Cheryl) of Riesel and Loya Merritt (Brett) of Rockwall, Texas; his granddaughters, Samantha Wagner (Aaron) of Salina, Callie Merritt of Fate and Cale Merritt of Rockwall, Texas; and his great grandchild Lydia Avery Wagner of Salina, Kansas.. He is also survived by nieces and dear friends.
