It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Francis Dugan of Rowlett, Texas, born in Ridgway, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 8, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dugan and Nancy Dugan (Borst); and his brothers, Sean and Dennis Dugan. He is survived by: his wife Tina Dugan; his children, Tony Dugan and Heather Sphon; his grandchildren, Caroline Dugan, Brooklyn Dugan, Chevelle Sphon and Riley Ann Sphon; his siblings, George Dugan, Patty Zaepfel (Bill) and Kathleen Jaap (Steve); and his nieces and nephews, Glenda, Audrey (Frank), John (Amanda), Jaime (Patrick), Emily (Daniel) and Benjamin.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Kevin's honor to the American Cancer Society.
