He is survived by: his mother Nancy Dotts; his children, Bailey Bethel (Nikkie) and Katelyn; his wife Amber Campbell; his daughter Kelsi Dotts; his siblings, Terri Nelson and Wayne Dotts; his grandsons, Bentley, Hudson and Lincoln Bethel; and his pet Memphis.
