Rugg and Constance Rugg (Oldham); his daughter Danielle Rugg; his stepson Randy Dell Allen of Rowlett, TX; his brothers, Kenneth Rugg Jr. of Sanford, FL and Jimmy Rugg of Flemington, NJ; and his grandsons, Ivan Rugg and Sebastian Allen.
