Though Erbia may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Tammy LaShane Buggs (Travis Buggs); and her parents, March Hurd and Vannie Maye Hurd. She is survived by: her siblings, Jean Simmons (Arthur), Shirley Allen, Yyvonne Hurd, Roy Hurd (Yloundia) and Homer Hurd (late Jean). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sacred Funeral Home (1395 N Hwy 67, Cedar Hill, TX 75104). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Southern Hills Church of Christ (6969 C F Hawn Fwy, Dallas, TX 75217). A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at the Restland Cemetery (13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75081).
