She was predeceased by: her husband Richard; her parents, Francis Buckley and Gladys Buckley (Hall); her parents-in-law, James and Lizzie Cook; her brother Gary Buckley; and her son Rex.
She is survived by: her children, Allan Cook (Linda) of Ottumwa, David Cook (Janet) of Carroll, Beanna Gaytan (Channo) of Rowlett, TX and Tamre Worrel of Fort Dodge; and her siblings, Jerene Martin of Ogden, Kathleen McCombs of Ankeny and Thomas Buckley of Ogden. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
