He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Addie and Marion Addie. He is survived by: his sister Sue Bangle of Waukesha; his niece Jenny Czarniak (Brian); his nephew Jon Bangle (Emilie); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Taylen, Chasen, Ryker, Malena and Izzy. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to St. Luke's Lutheran Church.
