With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Sue Gambrell of Rowlett, Texas, born in Walters, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 6, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethyl Irene (Whiteaker) and Edwin Harvey Amyx; and her son Mark Norwood. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bobby" Gambrell; her children, Michael Norwood, Adam Crum and Susan Rowland (Ted); her stepchildren, Cortney (Ryan), Chris Nuncio (Marcy) and Craig Nuncio; her grandchildren, Candice, Mark, Jessica, Daniel, Natalie, Brittani, Vance, Matthew, Jordan, Troy, Emily and Leo; and her brothers, Eddie (Billie), Bill (Kay) and James (Sherry). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
