She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arlene Abernathy and Manon Abernathy; her siblings, Okeith and Deana Abernathy; her husband Gary Wayne Gardner; her son Michael Gardner; her grandson Tyler Gardner; and her sisters, Shirley Lynch and Kathi Barker. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home - Rowlett (3701 Rowlett Rd, Rowlett, TX 75088).
