He is survived by: his wife Margie Hood; his children, Bryan Hood (Lori) of Royse City and Jennifer Reeves (Jay) of Josephine; and his grandchildren, Corey Schexnayder, Zachary Hood, Summer Dewees, Austin Dewees and Tanner Dewees. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
