She was predeceased by: her parents, Alta D. Shafer and Henrye Shafer; her former husband Lefty Minton; her son Randy Minton; and her brothers, Marvin Shafer and Lavon Shafer.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Minton and Mike Minton; her stepchildren, Perry Evans, Dana White and Rana Evans; her grandchildren, Justin, Heather, Nicole, Jerrod, Brandy and Cody; and her stepgrandchildren, Nick, Matthew, Courtney, Chad, Samantha, Steven, Mia and Dustin. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Murr Church of Christ. A burial was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at the Fort McKavett Cemetery.
