He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Agustus Hoelscher (Knoff) and Walter Hoelscher; and his siblings, Weldon Hoelscher, Jerome Hoelscher, Clarence Hoelscher, Joyce Ann Hoelscher and Benedict "Ben" Hoelscher.
He is survived by: his siblings, Marilyn Midkiff, Patricia Kvapil, LeRoy Hoelscher and Leon Rudolph Hoelscher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Boniface Catholic Church (1118 Co Rd 234, Rowena, TX 76875). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Boniface Catholic Cemetery in Francis's name.
