She was predeceased by: her parents, August Havlak and Josephine Havlak (Mazur); and her siblings, Emil Havlak, Felix Havlak, Ludwig Havlak, Phillip Havlak and Sister Marcia.
She is survived by: her brother Joe Havlak.
