He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank W. Sharp and Opal M. Grussendorf. He is survived by: his wife Lou Ann Phillips; his daughters, Andrea Quintanilla (Rob) of Houston, Texas. and Angela Sharp (Sean Sutherland) of Houston, Texas.; his sisters, Betty Betts of Greensboro and Janet Peters of Houston; and his grandchildren, Logan Quintanilla, Sydney Sutherland and Brooklyn Sutherland. He is also survived by his family, friends.
