He is survived by: his daughters, Theresa Novak (Kenneth) and Melissa Michalewicz (Andrew); his grandchildren, Michael, Madeleine, Eli, Olivia, Edmund Michalewicz and Chris Novak (Samantha); and his great grandchildren, Leta Fischer, Kenneth and Noah Novak.
