He was predeceased by: his parents, Yonghwan Kim and Jongchun Lee. He is survived by: his wife Susan Kim; his sons, Sungmo Kim, Matthew Kim and Richard Kim; and his grandchildren, Jiwoo Kim and Riwoo Kim.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Beck Funeral Home (15709 Ranch Rd, Austin, TX 78717).
