He is survived by: his wife Carrie; his children, Samuel Trevor Burgess and Ashley Helen Burgess; his stepdaughter Danielle; his sisters, Cindi and Juanita; his brother-in-law Joseph; his nieces, Kim and Emily; and his nephew Carter.
