He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Brooks Lewis and Robert Kenneth Lewis. He is survived by: his sons, Richard Brooks Lewis (Mindy) and Jonathan Foster Lewis (Ivy) of Round Rock, Texas.; his wife Mary Jane; his granddaughter Andrea Margaret Lewis Ybarra (Marc Ybarra); his great grandchild Drue Jane Ybarra of Cypress, Texas; his granddaughters, Sydney Jane Lewis of San Francisco, California and Bronwyn Alice Kline (Peter Kline); his great grandchild Farley Rae Kline of Santa Rosa, California; and his grandsons, Tucker William Richard Lewis of Albuquerque and Joshua Daniel Lewis of Round Rock, Texas.. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
