She is survived by: her husband Leonard Galkantas; her children, Nancy Haycraft (Tom), Sue Galkantas (Kathy), Allison Miller (Jim) and Leonard Galkantas (Carol); and her grandchildren, Lindsey Culkin (Chris), Katelyn Lambers (Jake), Lauren, Colin and Chase Galkantas.
